ข้อ ๑๔๘ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย เราจักแสดงสัปปุริสธรรมและอสัปปุริสธรรมแก่เธอทั้งหลาย เธอทั้งหลายจงฟัง จงใส่ใจให้ดี เราจักกล่าว ภิกษุเหล่านั้นทูลรับพระผู้มีพระภาคแล้ว พระผู้มีพระภาคได้ตรัสว่า ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย ก็อสัปปุริสธรรมเป็นไฉน มิจฉาทิฐิ ฯลฯ มิจฉาวิมุติ นี้เรียกว่าอสัปปุริสธรรม ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย ก็สัปปุริสธรรมเป็นไฉน คือ สัมมาทิฐิ ฯลฯ สัมมาวิมุติ นี้เรียกว่าสัปปุริสธรรม ฯ

    Wrong view, wrong purpose, wrong speech, wrong action, wrong livelihood, wrong effort, wrong mindfulness, wrong immersion, wrong knowledge, and wrong freedom.

    ayaṁ vuccati, bhikkhave, asappurisadhammo.

    This is the teaching of the untrue persons.

    Katamo ca, bhikkhave, sappurisadhammo?

    And what is the teaching of the true persons?

    Sammādiṭṭhi …pe… sammāvimutti—

    Right view, right purpose, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, right immersion, right knowledge, and right freedom.

    This is the teaching of the true persons.”
