Yadanattāsutta

One should truly understand the five aggregates as not-self.

พระนครสาวัตถี ณ ที่นั้นแล ฯลฯ

ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย รูปเป็นอนัตตา รูปนั้นไม่ใช่ของเรา ไม่เป็นเรา ไม่ใช่ตัวตนของเรา ข้อนี้อริยสาวกพึงเห็นด้วยปัญญาอันชอบตามความเป็นจริงอย่างนี้ เวทนาเป็นอนัตตา ฯลฯ สัญญาเป็นอนัตตา ฯลฯ สังขารเป็นอนัตตา ฯลฯ วิญญาณเป็นอนัตตา ฯลฯ ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย อริยสาวกผู้ได้สดับแล้ว เห็นอยู่อย่างนี้ ฯลฯ ย่อมรู้ชัดว่า ชาติสิ้นแล้ว พรหมจรรย์อยู่จบแล้ว กิจที่ควรทำ ทำเสร็จแล้ว กิจอื่นเพื่อความเป็นอย่างนี้มิได้มี.

    “Rūpaṁ, bhikkhave, anattā.

    “Mendicants, form is not-self.

    Yadanattā taṁ ‘netaṁ mama, nesohamasmi, na meso attā’ti evametaṁ yathābhūtaṁ sammappaññāya daṭṭhabbaṁ.

    And what’s not-self should be truly seen with right understanding like this: ‘This is not mine, I am not this, this is not my self.’
