SN 35.3

Ajjhattānattasutta

The six interior sense fields are not-self. When a noble disciple truly sees them like this, they become disillusioned and liberated.

ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย จักษุเป็นอนัตตา สิ่งใดเป็นอนัตตา สิ่งนั้นท่านทั้งหลายพึงเห็นด้วยปัญญาอันชอบตามความเป็นจริงอย่างนี้ว่า นั่นไม่ใช่ของเรา นั่นไม่เป็นเรา นั่นไม่ใช่ตัวตนของเรา หูเป็นอนัตตา ฯลฯ จมูกเป็นอนัตตา ฯลฯ ลิ้นเป็นอนัตตา ฯลฯ กายเป็นอนัตตา ฯลฯ ใจเป็นอนัตตา สิ่งใดเป็นอนัตตา สิ่งนั้นท่านทั้งหลายพึงเห็นด้วยปัญญาอันชอบตามความเป็นจริงอย่างนี้ว่า นั่นไม่ใช่ของเรา นั่นไม่เป็นเรา นั่นไม่ใช่ตัวตนของเรา ฯลฯ ฯ

    “Cakkhuṁ, bhikkhave, anattā.

    “Mendicants, the eye is not-self.

    Yadanattā taṁ ‘netaṁ mama, nesohamasmi, na meso attā’ti evametaṁ yathābhūtaṁ sammappaññāya daṭṭhabbaṁ.

    And what’s not-self should be truly seen with right understanding like this: ‘This is not mine, I am not this, this is not my self.’
